Best overeaction:The defense for the Los Angeles Rams is deep White Brandin Cooks Jersey , dangerous, and they’re only getting better. What might seem like a overreaction to the greatness of the Rams’ defense for some is the lack of competition, which isn’t the Rams’ fault. But the Arizona Cardinals’ offense was borderline middle-school level. And against Sam Bradford, it’s easy to look fast and scary. The guy’s natural resting face makes it look like he’s getting mugged. Both Bradford and Derek Carr addressed the Rams’ defensive line threat by getting the ball out as quick as possible — and in both instances, it worked out for the Rams. S John Johnson III and FS Marqui Christian both had strong days again and many are tooting the horn that Johnson is a future superstar in the league. I’m on that wagon as well; he’s been great for the secondary, I can’t say enough about him. That play in which Johnson White Cory Littleton Jersey , on 3rd-and-6, tackled TE Seals-Jones for a 5-yard loss was breathtaking.Worst overreaction: The injury to K Greg Zuerlein isn’t that big of a deal because we have Johnny Hekker — that guy can do anything!Rams fans — we have a kicker issue again.Listen, I love our punter, Johnny Hekker. He’s funny, charitable, and just happens to be the best punter in the league. And it was a great to see him step up and kick a 20-yard field goal. However http://www.authenticslosangele…..ner-jersey , Hekker is not a field goal threat. We can’t pull off two-point conversions like we did on Sunday — it’s exciting when the game is in hand, but that’s not how championships are won. When the Rams play a team like the Minnesota Vikings for example, they are going to need every advantage possible. And that means they’re gonna need Zuerlein healthy. Overall, it was a great day for the LA Rams. They proved that they’re the real deal and they can handle a team like the Cardinals with no problem — even without a kicker! However, Rams fans need to pray for the health of Greg Zuerlein because he’s VERY valuable to this team. But if all else fails, we still have a badass defense.Los Angeles Rams to keep EDGE Ogbonnia Okoronkwo on the Physically Unable to Perform list to start regular season? Los Angeles Rams Head Coach Sean McVay suggested in his remarks to the media today that rookie EGDE Ogbonnia Okoronkwo could remain on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list heading into the regular season when asked if they were going to take him off the list:As of right now http://www.authenticslosangele…..ker-jersey , Okoronkwo is on the preseason version of the PUP which is known as the Active PUP. On Saturday at 4pm ET/1pm PT, all 32 NFL clubs will need to reduce their 90-man rosters to 53-man rosters. At the same deadline, they will be required to transfer anyone from the Active PUP (or the Active Non-Football Injury (NFI) list) to the Reserve version of the list for the regular season unless they waive the player, terminate his contract, trade him or move him to the active 53-man roster. Players placed on the Reserve PUP may not practice or play during the first six weeks of the season. After that, teams have five weeks to return the player to practice and then a 21-day window from their first practice to activate the player to the 53-man roster. So for Okoronkwo http://www.authenticslosangele…..old-jersey , if he’s put on the regular season Reserve PUP, he won’t be available until the Rams’ Week 7 game on Sunday Night Football up north to reignite the Rams’ rivalry with the San Francisco 49ers at the earliest.Obo broke his foot in organized team activities before training camp even got going. So no camp, no preseason. And now no regular season after at least a month and a half.Since the Rams drafted him in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL Draft with the 160th overall pick, Okoronkwo’s rookie season is not going according to plan…
